RMDS Website Membership Information

Published in Articles

By now everyone has likely seen and or used the new Rocky Mountain Dressage Society (RMDS) website.  Here are a few tips to ensure that your membership is accurate, that you are accumulating the scores that you need to compete for championships and year-end awards, and that you are connected to your desired local chapter..

Joining as a NEW member at https://www.rmds.org/ :

Use the JOIN button and complete the form and payment information.  It is especially important that you select the correct chapter you intend to be affiliated with.  If you have any questions, please contact rmds@indra.com to assist you.

If you are RENEWING your membership, use the LOGIN button.

If you have not logged in before, you will need to create a password and an account.

You will be taken to the Member Dashboard. All of your critical personal information is found on

the dashboard.  The first thing you see is your Membership Card.  Ensure that all your information and your horse’s information is correct.  If anything is wrong, contact rmds@indra.com to make those corrections for you.  You can also print your membership card at this location.

This is one of the most important buttons you need.  Next to your name on the dashboard is a link for [View/Edit Profile].

When you click on this link, you can update all your personal contact information.  If you change emails, addresses or phone numbers, this is where those changes are made.  Some items within your profile, you can not change.  The below items can not be managed by you.

Profile

  • Membership Type:
  • USDF Number:
  • Chapter:
  • Volunteer Hours:
  • USEF Number:
  • USEF Exp. Date:
  • RMDS Exp. Date:

This is where you ensure that you are in the correct chapter and that all your memberships are current.  Pay particular attention to the expiration of your USEF, USDF and USEF Amateur dates.  If those memberships expire before the end of the awards or championships year, you may not be eligible to participate in those activities.   Any changes or corrections should be sent to rmds@indra.com .

Or better yet, use the “Contact the RMDS Office to update this information” link on the bottom of the page.

Mailing in your new membership or renewal

If you mailed your RMDS renewal to the central office, this information will be created or updated for you.  But it is still your responsibility to ensure that the information is correct.  When you receive your membership card from the central office, that’s a perfect time to validate the accuracy of your Profile information.

Again, the Central Office, rmds@indra.com is your resource to help you navigate this process.
