Breed In-Hand Shows

Every Year there are shows in the area the have classes that allow you to show your horse in-hand.

For 2017:
May 27  – Paragon Dressage Show II – Colorado Horse Park
August 18 – Estes Park Dressage I – Stanley Park Fairgrounds
September 13 – Rocky Mountain Sport Horse Championships – Colorado Horse Park

For information about the USDF Breeders Championship Series, look at page B-28 in the 2017 RMDS Omnibus.  Check each show’s prize list for information as well.

There are many great RMDS and USDF Awards for these classes if you show in 2 or more of the shows and often many great awards from the various breed organizations for these classes as well. These classes are great for young horses (weanlings thru 3 yr olds), mares and stallions. In addition, there are material classes for 3-5 year old mares, geldings and stallions that have wonderful year end awards and are great W-T-C rail class type experience to get young horses out in the arena without the pressure of a dressage test and these classes have their own USDF Championships for our area at the Rocky Mountain Sport Horse Championships on September 13th.
